ABOUT OUR STUDENTS

As of January 2017, ADI has 112 students enrolled, who hail from Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania and the Democratic Republic of the Congo:

• 10 are enrolled in university (college)

• 60 are enrolled in secondary schools (high school)

• 42 are enrolled in primary school (elementary school)

Of these students,

• 90% are orphans

• 20% were affected by war

• 10% were identified as candidates while living in camps for Internally Displaced Persons

• One student was a kidnapped girl

• 54% of our students are girls

OUR RESULTS

ADI’s success includes:

• 94% high school graduation rate

• 95% school retention rate for girls

• 79% employment rate among graduates
